OVALE Facial Mask Teh Hitam (Black Green Tea Powder) Review

Tomorrow I will be bridesmaid to my ex boarding house friend.
I realized that I need more makeup as I want to do my makeup myself. But I don't have much time to shopping. Shoot! I should bought them at as they have many beauty products variant. And it free ships nationwide too. Weww.. After this I have to place my order at Zalora!

Well,  I'm so happy and honored to be part of her best moment. I hope I can perform well. This is why I pampered myself today by putting facial mask :3

I am a facial mask addict.

I love trying various mask types. Peel off, wash off, sheet mask. Gosh! Thank you for everyone who invented them. When my skin feels tired and dull, putting mask always be the greatest pleasure to it. I feel refresh and brighter (:

Talk about trying various masks, there is another type that I was really curious to try. The powder type. OVALE already produced its clay mask (I've tried it), next they produces powder facial mask.
It comes in two flavor, black tea and pearl. But now I'm gonna review the black tea first.

The black tea powder mask helps to treat acne skin.
Let's se what it's stated on the packaging.

Ovale Powder Mask Black Tea helps to cleanse, keeps skin tightness and helps in removing dead skin cells. Enriched with Black Tea Extract help to treat acne skin. Leave your skin feel fresh, soft and health. Mix mask powder with water. Apply to clean, dry face and neck, avoiding eyes and lips area. Leave dry for 10-15 minutes. Rinse off with warm water thoroughly.

Oryza Sativa (Seed) Powder, Corn (Zea Mays) Starch, TalcDiatomaceous Earth, Calcium Sulfate, Sodium Alginate, Tetrasodium pyrophosphate, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract, Maltodextrin, Alcohol Denat, Magnesium Aluminium Silicate, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Powder, Methylparaben, Fragance.

The powder

Yeyy, DIY making facial mask ^^

Please don't pour so much water. It won't be a paste then.

I think I poured too much water..
The paste is so soft. Love it!!

On my way to become a statue... O.o

The before after pic. Not so much different. But if you see closer, my darkness and redness have calmed down a bit. my face appears brighter too (:

My thought:

I like the idea of powder mask. If you have lots of time at home and love something DIYs, you could try this.
But if you are a busy person and like things practical, use sheet mask. I also prefer this over the other mask types.

But for this OVALE powder mask alone, it would say.. I like it. The texture is soft, smells so good, and refresh my skin. It feels cool when I applied and waited it to dry.

I want to repurchase again, but the talc and methylparaben are kind of scared me. What do you think?

Wardah Lippies #29 and #47 Review

Some of you probably already know that I have dark lips. The fact is really annoy me. I need lippies to make my lips appearance better.

I had been loving my frappuccino NYX lipstick until one day, it fell out to the street. Euww.. Okay, I thought it was time to try other lipstick.

My friends at my previous office are wearing this Wardah brand. The color looks good on them and the price is uberly super mega cheap too! This means.. I have to try!

So, this is my first Wardah lippies haul. I bought number 47 and 29.

The swatches

(I'm sorry for the blur pic)

Well, after using these lippies and after using my NYX lipstick, I have to say that I love my NYX better.

The Wardah lipstick is not that pigmented and smooth as NYX. That #47 also disappointed me. I hoped for peach color, but after applied it to my lips, it ended up more pinky than peachy ):

I also don't think that I picked the right colors for my dark lips. So... I won't buy these colors anymore. Probably I will try other colors next time, because the price is so cheap. I won't lose a thing. hehee..

Till next time!

Etude House Silk Scarf Hologram Hair Serum Review

Hello, Hi, Hi, I come back with another Etude House review (Gosh I love this brand!)

If you want to have hair protection that also can make the hair smells nice and silky, this product is a must have for you.

Now, go scroll down!

What they say in the packaging:

Silk Scarf Hologram Hair Serum

Specially formulated with oil complex and floral scent, this anti-frizz serum creates exceptional shine while sealing the cuticle with a moisturizing layer. [Directions] Distribute evenly throughout clean, towel dried hair, concentrating on the ends.

[Cautions] For external use only. Avoid contacts with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if signs of irritation and/ or rash appear.

My experience:

For me, this hair serum is proven to make my hair silky shines and smells so so nice! Even if the directions say to use it when the hair is towel dried, I usually use it when my hair is dry.
I need the smell when I go out and I can't wash my hair anytime. But the results, sometimes my hair feels heavy because the serum has thick consistency.

For the consistency, I like Makarizo, Dove and L'Oreal better. They have lighter consistency and make great result to my hair.

This is my hair ends after using Silk Scarf Hologram Hair Serum

Etude House Look At My Eyes Eyeshadow PK003 Review

I've been having this eyeshadow for a long time, but I just remember to post about it now xp
Pink color for your face is never go wrong. It looks natural on our skin.

I love the hearts pattern here. Very sweet!

The swatch (outdoor)
On my lid

My experience:
I like the color because it looks natural. I usually applying eye primer before eyeshadow. Eye primer will make the shadow last longer and pops even more.
When I don't use eye primer, the shadow can easily get removed.

I never had another pink shadow before this, so I don't have comparison. But I will try other eyeshadow next time (:

If you want to see the whole look me using this Look At My Eyes Eyeshadow, you can see on my makeup post inspired by Kim Tae Hae here.

Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream-Aqua Neutral Review

F ew months ago I had an opportunity to get to know a makeup artist. Her skin was so flawless like Korean star, I was so curious about the skin care and makeup she usually use. She said she’s a regular user of SK-II and she likes to use Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream for makeup. She said that it was the best BB cream she has ever used. I happened to run out my Skin79 Hot Pink BB Cream, so I made an order for that Holika Holika! ^,^ Aqua Petit Jelly BB Cream comes in two shades and I picked the no 2 (Aqua Neutral) one.

It comes with a sponge puff but I forgot to capture it

What they say in the packaging:

Holika Holika Aqua Petit Jelly BB SPF20 PA++
[UV Protection Sun Care Cosmetic]
Fully water-charged Aqua Petit Jelly!

Jelly BB makes moist and bouncy jelly skin. Has jelly texture that helps spread evenly and creates fully hydrated and shiny skin. It is also perfect for covering up facial blemishes. Mint water hydrates facial skin, and marine jelly complex makes soft and bouncy skin.

[How to use] Take an appropriate amount with spatula and evenly spread onto facial skin by patting gently with its puff enclosed inside.
*Do not eat

Jelly consistency cream!^^

The spatula

My experience:

(I have oily skin type with sometimes dry in the nose area)

The texture of this BB is so watery. I feel like I have to pat few layers so I can I have the coverage I desire (I used to use Skin79 Hot Pink that has solid cream texture before). Still, it has lighter coverage than Hot Pink.
I like its dewy finish result, makes my face shine in good way. After using for few hours, the oil control still manage good.

Overall rating:♥♥♥♥♥ Packaging: ♥♥♥♥♥  Coverage:♥♥♥♥ Texture :♥♥♥♥♥ Oil Control:♥♥♥♥♥ Smell:♥♥♥♥♥

I’m quite satisfied with the BB Cream. It has light coverage and texture, but works to my face. My face becomes brighter and smoother. It smells good too (:
And the other plus are:
-I really feel like eating jelly because of the packaging and jelly consistency cream. What an experience!
-You should look on the picture below about my comparison between Aqua Petit and Hot Pink BB Cream.

Half blend

If you can see here (sorry it's gross): On the right side I used Hot Pink and on the left side I used Aqua Petit. The "Aqua Petit area" is white heads and dryness free!

My skin looks brighter, right?(:

Till next time, everybody! :D
